Douglas Edward “Doug” Gillette, 48, of Two Rivers, Alaska, passed away on Wednesday September 20, 2006 at his home.
Doug was born on Tuesday March 11, 1958 in Waynesboro, a son of Edward Hildreth “Hildy” Gillette and Barbara Ladd (Ashley) Gillette.
Doug was predeceased by his parents.Doug is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Ann (Gillette) “Betty” Chambers of Flowery Branch, GA; and brothers, Edward A. Gillette of Cincinnati, OH, and William K. Gillette of Gaithersburg, MD.
Doug was a 1976 graduate of Waynesboro High School and attended Virginia Tech.
